Premiere of AD2CART, a multimedia theatrical work exploring psychedelic visions of digital consumerism.
In the work, a recommendation algorithm transcends the sidebar to make contact with a user. Through a series of micro-targeted ads the algorithm reveals the path to self-realization. The user embarks on their journey only to discover that fulfillment is more elusive than expected.
